This hotel is perfectly situated right on the waterfront within a short stroll of the downtown business district filled with shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, though I did find an old cigarette left by a previous guest under the phone. Dining can be a bit challenging as there was an issue with power during my visit, but the sunlit patio breakfast at the famed Oso Negro coffee shop made up for it.
